Museums of Lima
The Larco Museum is located in a unique colonial residence of its kind dating from the eighteenth century, which was built on a pre-Columbian pyramid of the seventh century. Founded in 1926, this museum exhibits so chronological galleries providing an excellent overview 3,000 years of development in the history of pre-Columbian Peru.

National, Anthropology and History Museum of Archeology of Peru is the oldest public museum in our country. Founded in 1822, she was the only one who had the Peru in the first hundred years of the Republic. Ceramics, textiles, metals, organic and lithic materials related to human remains preserved invaluable techniques that still surprise the specialists make up the legacy of our pre-Hispanic past. Objects of historical and artistic value and documentary collections, photographic and bibliographic realize the colonial and republican periods. They make this space a meeting with the history of Peru.
Opening hours: Tuesday to Saturday: 9:00 am. to 4:00 pm. Sundays and holidays: 9:00 am. to 3:00 pm.
It offers a large collection of gold objects made by pre-Inca civilizations. In its rooms you can appreciate the expertise and skill of the ancient inhabitants of Peru to make beautiful bracelets, earrings, nose rings and pectorals, among many other objects. There are also huacos, textiles and ceramics. Attendees can also delight with a complete collection of weapons from the world of all ages, cultures and civilizations.

MUSEUM OF THE AUTOMOBILE
In the neighborhood of La Molina is one of the most fascinating collections, the largest of its kind in South America antique automobiles in Latin America.
Is the private collection of Mr. Jorge Nicolini, of which more than 70 cars are on display, three of them unique in the world. The museum has its own restoration workshop which is included in the visit so you can appreciate the incredible work of restoration. All cars in the collection are in perfect working order and some of them have participated in racing vintage cars. The tour allows you to appreciate as old vehicles like Clement, 1903, 1975 Fleetwood Cadillacs as used by the presidents of Peru or the Mustang Shelby GT 350 as of 1965, only one of its kind in Peru.
